Work with us

Health & Life Science Sector

The health and life sciences sector does incredible work, but this isn’t always reaching those who need it most.

We work with medical research charities, pharmaceutical companies, academics and research organisations, who want to work with community organisations to improve health inequalities.

The health and life sciences sector does incredible work, but this isn’t always reaching those who need it most.

We work with medical research charities, pharmaceutical companies, academics and research organisations, who want to work with community organisations to improve health inequalities.

Work with us to:

Engage with the groups across society you are struggling to reach

Gather new insights on the health system, services, and treatments to accelerate improvements

Co-produce creative campaigns and strategies to increase diversity in research and improve health inequalities

“Our community organisation partners were at the heart of all project decisions and discussions and it is their views, not the academics, that are reflected in the results.  It is the community voice that gives the results their credibility. This way of working would not have been possible without the community links that Egality brought, and the trusted partner role Egality played.  In short, the project would not have been possible without Egality.”

“We worked with Egality to organise a workshop with community leaders to explore perceptions of Parkinson’s and health research in people from Black and Asian backgrounds in December 2021. We learnt so much from the workshop and the community leaders who brought incredibly valuable insights to the discussion. We are now planning to take what we’ve learnt forwards to make Parkinson’s research more accessible and inclusive for people from ethnic minority backgrounds.“
