Developed the ED&I commitment for a global nutrition science company to implement inclusive practices across their volunteer human research programmes

Overview

Egality supported a global nutrition science company develop their ED&I commitments and a policy that can be implemented across all volunteer human research programmes. The aim was to develop an action-oriented ‘ED&I in Research’ policy for the organisation, including long- and short-term commitments and principles of engagement to support their clinical and people-facing staff.

  • Scoping review of industry standards and benchmarks in ED&I strategies for research
  • Delivered practical ED&I guidance through workshops with the Working Group
  • Developed an ED&I policy with client’s commitments to fostering inclusion across volunteer human research programmes
